Somatic Education uses gentle, full-body movement patterns anyone can do.

Somatics helps us re-educate our nervous system by releasing muscles, and re-educating movement patterns that no longer serves us well. This helps us reduce pain and tension and regain our freedom of movement back.

This movement practice takes a different approach, it's focused on releasing and relaxing the muscles by pandiculating them as our cats and dogs do rather than stretching them. When you move in this enjoyable, relaxing way, you can achieve amazing results.
